Intimate weddings are growing in popularity. While some might think this is a trend due to the pandemic, City Hall weddings have been around for a long time. One of my favorites during my time as a wedding photographer was this vintage 1930s wedding at San Francisco City Hall.

Katie and Ryan chose vintage family heirlooms for all of their personal details, and even recreated her grandparents city hall wedding portrait.

San Francisco City Hall is one of the most beautiful in the nation. No wonder people travel from all over to get married there. If you are looking to elope or have an intimate wedding, be sure to check out your desired city halls booking process. It usually only a few months out from your wedding day, and on a first come first serve basis!

See some of my favorites images below and a it was published in Chic Vintage Brides here!
